Lori Gough, Associate Broker Lori has been a "Top Producer" in real estate since 1996, when she was named "Rookie of the Year" at Prudential Carruthers Realtors. Going strong ever since, she has built a very successful real estate business and won multiple awards in her career. Integrity based and results driven, Lori has achieved over one half billion dollars in career sales, and is the founding member of the Gough Group.

Lori graduated from the University of Maryland in College Park in 1984, where she met her husband, Tim, who is CEO of Bay Capital Mortgage in Annapolis. They raised three children together, and currently reside in Eastport, a section of downtown Annapolis. 

She is excited and proud to work with her daughter, Kellie, who is now the TEAM LEADER of the Group Group, and looks forward to assisting the next generation of Buyers and Sellers.

 

 

Kellie Gough McLendon, Team Leader is a dedicated professional in the real estate industry, where she has spent nearly four years honing her expertise and embracing her career.

Kellie is a graduate of South River High School and Lehigh University, where she played Division 1 lacrosse and earned recognition on and off the field.

She has had the privilege of learning the ins and outs of real estate from her mother, Lori Gough, who brings over 29 years of experience to the table. Under Lori's mentorship, Kellie has developed a strong foundation in the industry and continues to build on that legacy.

Outside of her professional career, Kellie is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and staying engaged in sports such as lacrosse, pickleball, and tennis. Her love for staying active and her commitment to personal growth translate easily into her work, where she brings energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to her clients. With a deep understanding of real estate and a drive for success, Kellie is well on her way to making her mark in the industry.

 

 

Liza Ballinger, Realtor Associate was born and raised in Annapolis. She was a lifer at the Key School, and earned her bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston. Liza's deep appreciation for local history, architecture, and waterfront living inspires her to help others find their perfect home.

Liza specializes in Annapolis and the surrounding areas, offering invaluable local insight and a tailored approach to meet each client's unique needs. Her understanding of neighborhoods, lifestyle trends, and market dynamics ensures that clients receive accurate and effective guidance.

Karin Gielen, Realtor Associate grew up in Northport, New York, a small town on the north shore of Long Island. She attended Harvard University where she played varsity soccer and graduated with a Liberal Arts degree. After college, she worked at a benefits consulting firm as an Actuarial Associate for six years. Once starting a family, she was fortunate to have the opportunity to stay home to raise her three children. Karin was actively involved in volunteer work, including coaching soccer and lacrosse, assisting at the elementary school, and acting as Treasurer for her daughter’s gymnastics team. Professionally, Karin has worked as a substitute teacher, mathematics tutor, and assistant to the IB Coordinator for AACPS.

She has lived in Maryland for 30 years. Karin and her husband Michael have lived in South River Colony in Edgewater for the past 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys watching her sons play soccer, visiting her daughter in NYC, playing tennis, and spending time with her husband on the golf course.

Karin enjoys every aspect of the process from finding the right house for her clients to getting them to the finish line at the settlement table. We are very fortunate to have her on the Gough Group team!
